Love of Dog Bakery is interested in hearing what our customers want. We welcome any request, and we'll do our best to meet your needs. Whether it's something as simple as making our Mini Peanut Butter Carrot Pupcakes into full sized Pupcakes for large breed dogs, dipping your Dog's favorite Apple Cinnamon Cookies, Pumpkin Spice Bones, or Peanut Butter Carob Chip Cookies in Vanilla Yogurt Dip just for them, or if you have special packaging and gift wrap requests, just let us know. We'll see what we can do to help.
Do you have a Pup Party or Special Event coming up? Love of Dog Bakery would be happy to take your Special Order requests! Pupcakes, Peanut Butter Paws, and Vanilla Dipped bones all make excellent party treats. We'd be happy to work with you to create custom Doggie Bags, Birthday Bones, Doggie Cakes or other goodies to make your Dog's Day all the more special. Additional bone shapes currently available include: star, shamrock, maple leaf, and flower. Want a different shape? Just let us know and we'll see what we can do. Shipping and Delivery
Our orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, and Shipping & Handling fees are based on order total. Shipping & Handling Fees are as follows: Order total up to $25 * Shipping & Handling = $10, $25.01-$40 * S&H = $12.50, $40.01-$75 * S&H = $15, $75.01-$100 * S&H = $20, Orders over $100 * S&H =$25.
Local Delivery is available at a discounted Shipping & Handling flat-fee of only $2.50 to residents of zip code 20724 or with expressed approval from Julie & Rob. Customers eligible for Local Delivery will be refunded all but $2.50 of the shipping & handling charge when your order is processed. Alternately, if you prefer not to be charged the full Shipping & Handling fee and then refunded the difference, please submit your order via e-mail to julie@loveofdogbakery.com and we will generate a manual invoice for you which will reflect only the $2.50 Local Delivery fee charge. We apologize for this incovenience. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions.
Storage
For best results do NOT store bones in an air-tight plastic container. Bones kept in a cool, dry area with adequate air flow are expected to last at least 4 weeks or longer – assuming your Dog doesn’t eat them all before then! If you experience any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
